Presentation affects the outcome of any sale!  The Alpha Team takes the time to individually price and display the home as much as possible for your sale.  The following are but a few examples of the many in-house sales we have arranged and marketed.  It takes more of our time, of course, but that's why you hired us in the first place!  It does make a difference!  Lower priced items are usually cleared from the house and moved to the garage area or a separate room so that the better items in the house will look their best!  Get rid of the clutter so that the house shines and the buyers resistance is immediately disarmed.  It really works.  Trust Alpha to do all we can to market your personal property properly!  No matter if it is the finest antiques or your mothers good furniture from the 1970's, we do our best to market it and sell it for the highest dollar we can!

Small items are always placed in a showcase for safe keeping & display.  Shown is a recent example of just one showcase arranged by one of our associates Marilyn Glasgow.  At select sales, we have as many as 10 of them. Most items in a showcase are individually priced.  Almost all of these items were sold at a recent sale.

Left over items from a typical estate sale are donated on your behalf to a charity.  We then sweep out the house, vacuum it, wipe down the baths and kitchen and it's ready to sell, rent or close on.
