1. Download and fill out the application and include two letters of recommendation plus a copy of your business license/lease or web site or other credentials proving you have been in the antique or collectible business for at least 5 years.  A positive Ebay feedback rating of 600 can also be used as proof of being in business, plus your Ebay sign up date. Also include the application/test fee of $125 and mail it to us. 

2. In a few days you will receive your open book/multiple choice test.  Carefully take the test and return it to us.  A grade of 70 will win your certification good for one year.  If you fail to pass the test, you must wait six months before you reapply.

3. Then pay the $75 yearly dues and you are a member of good standing for life.
