Alpha Estate Sales has been busy.....word must be spreading about our excellent service!

Auction to be held July 24 at 1:30 PM, you may preview all items and reserve your seats on July 23 from noon until 4 PM.

A very special auction featuring the partial contents of 600 Franklin Street, the former home of Sophie Young, her family built the home in 1818 plus other fine antiques, collectibles and accessories from other quality consignors. Approximately 8 semi antique and antique room size oriental rugs! Also not shown are many small accessories and collectibles, will be photographed soon and placed on here for your consideration. A very wide selection of items for your collection or for dealers to sell dating from 1860 to 1960!!! Several nice retro/post modern pieces from the 1960's.

Preview and registration: Saturday before any auction, 12 PM until 4 PM and 2 hours before the beginning of the auction! Sales tax charged on all sales unless you are a licensed dealer. If you are, bring your documentation for us to keep on file! Dealers, you don't want to miss this important sale, something for everyone! We have lots of fun and it's a great way to connect with the past! Watch for more photos soon. Various items are subject to being withdrawn prior to the start of the auction. All items sold as is, so please examine your purchase carefully.

The July sale will begin at 1:30PM Sunday July 24. You may preview, pre-register and reserve your seat Saturday July 23 before the auction, from Noon until 4PM.
