Bob and Gary,
A belated thank you for your help in selling our household items during the recent Homewood Drive estate sale. We were really novices at anything related to estate sales and you made the unknown comfortable for us and as painless a process as possible.
From the time you came to the house to review what we had for sale, to the display and advertising of our items, to the actual sale itself, and to subsequently receiving the proceeds – we were impressed with your professionalism in working with these two novices. We very much appreciated your honesty on what to expect so that there were no surprises or disappointments after the sale.
We thank you again and will not hesitate to call on you in the future should that need arise.

| Due to insurance requirements, we will limit the number of those in the house at all times. Children must be attended to and not allowed to roam on their own. If you plan on buying dishes, china or glass items, it would be helpful to bring packing boxes. We are not always able to help load items and you may be asked to come back to pick large items up. You must bring help to load large heavy items. Shopping baskets provided as well as a holding area for your small items allowing you to continue to shop. |
$$$ Payment $$$ Cash preferred, bring small bills as we are sometimes limited with our change. Checks are welcome from our regular customers, others must have valid drivers license plus credit card for ID purposes. Now use your charge or debit card! No early sales. Most items are 1/2 off the last day of sale.

And now for all of you who have complained that you can't get to the sale because of your job!!! Early Bird Sale! Full price, no discounts but remember, we're selling our clients items, not running a museum! So, entry numbers will be outside approximately one hour before sale time. |
